Job Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments and portfolios, collaborating closely with clients to understand their leadership needs and requirements.
- Apply your extensive industry expertise to develop search strategies, target lists, and candidate profiles that align with client objectives.
- Utilize a combination of networking, research, and database resources to identify and attract top-tier executive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, referencing, and competency evaluations.
- Present compelling candidate shortlists to clients, providing thorough assessments and recommendations.
- Oversee candidate interactions and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the search process.
- Identify potential clients and target companies in need of executive search services.
- Collaborate with senior team members to create customized proposals and service agreements.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborate with team members, including researchers and associates, to ensure the effective execution of search assignments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to continually enhance our search methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Extensive industry knowledge and expertise within BFSI sector.
- Proven ability to manage and lead executive search assignments, delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
- Exceptional networking skills and a broad professional network within the industry.
- Strong interviewing skills to assess executive-level competencies, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive client and candidate information
- Straddle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
4+ years into executive search with a strong track record of successful placements.
Prior experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
Someone who has worked in the BFSI sector for 5+ years and is willing to grow in HR consulting will also be considered.
Education Qualification:
Masters in Human Resources
