Leadership
Novlen’s experience in the financial services has been enriching, successfully working across C-Suite searches. In her 25 years of professional career, she has worked in leading global search firms.
She started her career with ABC Consultants to manage their financial services and consulting practice. She worked extensively on leadership hiring and strategic roles. In a short span of four years, CFS became the most successful practice in the company, and she went on to become the Regional Head West for Financial services.
She spear-headed financial services at Stanton Chase as Associate Partner with additional responsibility to manage Middle East and Asia, where she was also a part of the Global Financial practice at Stanton Chase International.
As a specialist search professional, she served as the Executive Director – Financial Services,Fintech & Technology with an exclusive global boutique search firm, Sheffield Haworth. She worked extensively on senior CXO cross border searches and successfully placed leaders across leading global enterprises.
Her last assignment was with RGF Executive Search, a part of US $21 Billion Recruit Holding, Japan. At RGFES she was the Executive Director, heading the Financial Services, Banking & Fintech verticals. Her strength lies in understanding organisation and ensuring cultural alignment at leadership hiring. Her in-depth understanding of the business and culture of the organisation is the key to her success.
She is a postgraduate in Human Resources from XLRI and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. She is also certified in Thomas Profiling.
